RRRC Committees

A founding principle of Planning District Commissions is "to encourage and facilitate local government cooperation and state-local cooperation in addressing on a regional basis problems of greater than local significance." The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission remains committed to fostering regional cooperation, coordination and collaboration through development of regional committees that focus on a variety of issues of importance to the Rappahannock-Rapidan region.

Please follow the links below to learn more about the ongoing developments and work being undertaken by RRRC committees.

RRRC Rural Transporation Technical Committee (RTC)

This committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise specified) and is led by co-chairs John Egertson, Planning Director for Culpeper County, and Debbie Kendall, Town Planner and Town Clerk for the Town of Gordonsville.

Foothills Area Mobility System (FAMS) Steering Committee
