The eighth annual RRRC Living Towns Planning Workshop, held this year in the beautiful and historic Town of Culpeper was yet another information-packed and well-attended proceeding.  The theme of this year's workshop, Capitalizing on Arts, Recreation and Area Assets, featured three dynamic panels of speakers on topics ranging from outdoor recreation to arts councils and downtown revitalization. Workshop attendees left with valuable insights into community development and planning practices. Our thanks to all of the attendees and moderators for a most enjoyable and informative day!
