The Regional Commission offices are located in Southridge Office Park
, just off Rt. 29 and the Culpeper/Rt. 29-Business exit. After the exit
ramp onto Rt. 29-Business, or Madison Road, take the first right onto
Willis Lane, in between the Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant and Best Western/Culpeper
Inn; followed by the first left onto Southridge Parkway; and second right
(after the townhomes), into Southridge Office Park. The Regional Commission
offices are located in Suite 106.

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission (RRRC), in its role as fiscal agent for the Foothills Area Mobility System (FAMS),
is seeking services of a transit provider to operate a hybrid fixed-route transportation service between Culpeper, Madison, and Charlottesville,
Virginia. The service is funded by RRRC through grants from FTA Section 5310 (New Freedom), Virginia State Paratransit funds, and local match
provided by Culpeper County and Madison County. The service will operate three days per week, with three round trips provided on each day of service.

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission seeks the services of a qualified Consultant to carry out activities in support of a limited regional affordable
housing study. As envisioned, the study will include quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis at various scales (region, county, town) within
the Rappahannock-Rapidan region, inclusive of existing affordable housing trends, ongoing and planned projects, and long-term needs related to affordable
housing in the region.
